Comment: "When Ziply bought out FRONTIER they accepted the Fiduciary Duity of taking
care of all the lines/equipment and customers in the area of the contract.
Ziply does not get to cherry pick the lines or area they want to keep and get Reed of all the
rest, because they require more repairs than the one's they want to keep.
I'm 73 years old and need my land line so I can reach out for EMS or just to stay in touch
with friends and family. Sometimes, Ziply seams to care more about profits and not their
customers. When did Money become more important than people.
I am also in the process of getting my mine up and running again. MSHA they are like OSHA
but for mines.
I am required by law to have outside communication for EMS and mine rescue, which my
Land line is used for.
I ask that you do not let Ziply get away with this and totally violate thier CONTRACT and
cause a big problem for so many people.
I also have a formal complaint filed with you on Ziply failure to maintain their equipment
and line in my area.
Please stand up for all of use, and not let Ziply get away with any of this.
You need to make them do their Fiduciary duty based on the contract they agreed to and
signed."
Thank You
Mike Ayers
