SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF AVISTA CORPORATION'S FIXED COST
ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM (FCA) ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENT
FILING; CASE NO. AVU-G-25-05.
On July 31, 2025, Avista Corporation ("Company") filed an application with the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an Order authorizing the Company's
Fixed Cost Adjustment ("FCA") rates for natural gas service from November 1, 2025, through
October 31, 2026.
On October 30, 2025,the Commission issued Order No. 36822, approving the Company's
proposed FCA rates and directing the Company to submit an updated Tariff Schedule 175 as a
compliance filing in the case. Order No. 36822 at 3.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed the compliance filing submitted by the Company on October 30, 2025, and
confirmed it complies with Order No. 36822. Staff recommends the Commission approve the
Company's updated Tariff Schedule 175 submitted on October 30, 2025, with an effective date of
November 1, 2025.
