Box 83720 Boise, ID 83720-0074 RE: Case No. INT-G-24-05, Compliance Filing Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez: Enclosed for filing with this Commission is a copy of the Intermountain Gas Company's("Company") revisions to Rate Schedule EE-RS—Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program. The revisions to this rate schedule have been made in compliance with the Commission's Order No. 36797 in Case No. INT-G- 24-05 and include the retirement of the Storage Water Heater, Tankless Water Heater Tier II,Whole Home Tier 11, and Smart Thermostat rebates, as well as a reduction to the incentive for the Furnace—95%AFUE rebate from$350 to $275. The Company requests an effective date of January 1,2026, for these revisions. Additionally,in Order No. 36797,the Commission ordered the Company to "provide the Commission with notification concerning both the timeline for the audit of its EE Program and the results of the audit,when available." In compliance with this order,the Company wishes to report that its Internal Audit department issued an audit report on August 25, 2025, indicating that no issues were identified in its audit of the EE Program for the period January 1,2025—June 30,2025. An internal audit of the EE Program will be on a 3- year rotation going forward. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the program is to encourage upgrades to, or use of, high-efficiency natural gas equipment. This will be achieved through the use of rebates offered towards the purchase and installation of qualified energy efficient natural gas equipment and construction of energy efficient new homes. ELIGIBILITY: To qualify for rebates, customers must meet the end-use qualifications identified in the Rebates Table below. All equipment must use natural gas as the fuel source. The customer must also comply with the current program Terms and Conditions. To qualify for Space Heating rebates, a dwelling must use natural gas as the sole heat source upon installation of rebate-qualified equipment. To qualify for Water Heating rebates, a dwelling must utilize natural gas for water heating upon installation of rebate-qualified equipment.
