CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY )
In Order No. 36764,the Commission approved the joint application of Veolia Water Idaho,
Inc. ("Veolia") and Capitol Water Corporation("Capitol")to transfer property located at 6625 W.
Ustick Road in Boise, Idaho from Capitol's service territory to Veolia's service territory. Having
reviewed the proposed revised Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, and having
confirmed that it excludes the property located at 6625 W. Ustick Road in Boise, Idaho, from
Capitol's service territory, the Commission finds:
This amendment includes and supersedes all previously issued amendments, such that the
authorized service area is that described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
This Certificate is predicated and issued pursuant to Order No. 36764,dated September 23,
2025, and Order No. 36810 dated October 21, 2025, to which reference is hereby made.
