Thank you for the cooperation and support of your staff during this process and for your continued interest in pipeline safety. With PHMSA having the enforcement authority on this matter(due to a temporary 60106 Agreement with IPUC from 1/l/25 —3/28/25), and declaring that no enforcement action would be pursued per their related 11/6/2025 letter, IPUC Staff considers this Notice of Probable Violation now closed.
