RE: Intermountain Gas Company's (IGC) Response dated October 9th, 2025, to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission's Notice of Probable Violation(NOPV) dated and submitted to
PHMSA on March 6`h, 2025 (I202501) and submitted to IGC on October 6th
IPUC Staff accepts Intermountain Gas Company's response and the related corrective actions.
Thank you for the cooperation and support of your staff during this process and for your
continued interest in pipeline safety. With PHMSA having the enforcement authority on this
matter(due to a temporary 60106 Agreement with IPUC from 1/l/25 —3/28/25), and declaring
that no enforcement action would be pursued per their related 11/6/2025 letter, IPUC Staff
considers this Notice of Probable Violation now closed. Should you have any questions
