Please provide the amounts the Company spent for injuries and damages for the years 2010 through 2015 to date. Please include within your response the description of each item, the amount for each item and the account charged.

Please see Avista's response 016C, which contains TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY or CONFIDENTIAL information and exempt from public view and is separately filed under IDAPA 31.01.01, Rule 067 and 233, and Section 9-340D, Idaho Code, and pursuant to the Protective Agreement between Avista and IPUC Staff dated June 4, 2015.

Please see Staff_PR_016C Confidential Attachment A for the requested information. Due to the requests voluminous nature, descriptions for all Idaho claims over a $2,000 threshold have been provided. This accounts for $861,570.22 of the $996,574.61 of claims during the 2010-2015 YTD period.
