On July 23, 2025, FyberCom LLC dba FyberCom ("Company") and FyberCom Holdco,
Inc. ("FyberCom Holdco"), filed a joint Notice of Indirect Transfer of Control of FyberCom LLC
("Notice") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission").
At the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's ("Commission") Decision Meeting on
November 5, 2025, Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission
acknowledge the Notice submitted by the Company and FyberCom Holdco.
Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice filed by the Company and
FyberCom Holdco informing the Commission of the transfer of control of the Company to
FyberCom Holdco.
