On June 10, 2025, TracFone Wireless, Inc. ("Company")provided Notice to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") that it had changed its name to Verizon Value, Inc. d/b/a
TracFone. The Company requested the Commission update its records and eligible
telecommunications carrier("ETC") designation to reflect the name change.
At the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's("Commission")Decision Meeting on October 28,
2025, Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission acknowledge the
Company's name change and update Commission's records and the Company's ETC designation.
Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice filed by the Company informing the
Commission of its name change. Commission Staff shall update Commission records with a copy of
this Order and the Company's ETC designation shall be updated to reflect the name change.
