As an ongoing problem, I have been through these same types of scenarios many times, as a customer of Ziply Fiber. Their service is broken, in not fixing outdated equipment with new technology and charging outlandish rates for inadequate landline phone service. Thankyou, LaUna Wolf WOLF-Recent History of Ziply Fiber outages and uncompleted service to repair their phone landline service.11-11-2025 Date Time Service Type 10-24-2025 8:OOam Phone service out 5 days Contacted Ziply Fiber and they scheduled a service call for 10-28-2025. The phone was out of service until then. Date Time Service Type 10-28-2025 9.00am Outage Response Tech was able to turn the service back on from the circuit box at the bottom of the road, He said our address had been overlooked when a new untested system was installed to the service up our road. He informed us that it was not going to stop the problems we are currently having with our phone service with Ziply Fiber. Date Time Service Type 11-03-2025 9.00am Phone Service out 4 days For two days the phone line was busy with outgoing calls, and no calls could come in at all, before I was aware of it. I contacted Ziply Fiber and they scheduled a service call to address outage on 11-06-2025. The phone was out of service again, until then. Date Time Service Type 11-06-2025 8:OOam Outage response 1 Tech restored service but reception was terrible on outgoing calls, so I contacted Ziply Fiber again and they scheduled a new service call for 11-11-2025.The phone was in service but staticky and had poor reception when calling out. Date Time Service Type 11-11-2025 8:OOam Outage response Tech attempted to clear the staticky reception but said the problem was in wet underground lines and there was nothing he could do about it unless new lines were put in, up to our house. Which, in my opinion, Ziply Fiber has no intention of doing. I ask him to put in a request for the new lines up our road to Ziply Fiber, in any case.
