Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company") hereby submits a proposed
update to Schedule 87, intermittent Generation Integration Charges ("Schedule 87"). The
following tariff sheets are submitted for Commission approval, effective December 7,
2025:

The Company most recently updated Schedule 87 in compliance with Order No.
36661 issued in Case No. IPC-E-25-07. However, the Company recently identified a
presentation issue in Schedule 87 regarding how Capacity Penetration Levels are shown.
The tables currently reflect "current penetration" levels as of the time the study was
completed. However, these values are not appropriate for determining the applicability of
Schedule 87 integration charges, which apply to all newly contracted resources after June
1, 2025.

This potential issue was initially identified by the Company as it was responding to
questions raised by Staff during the case review. Through discovery, the Company
clarified that the integration costs from the study will apply to incremental resources
contracted after the effective date of the tariff. In that same discovery response, the
Company suggested this could be clarified by modifying the tariff language it had initially
proposed to remove reference to "current penetration" levels and instead focus on how
charges apply to incremental resources, which would better align the tariff language with
that intent and the underlying analysis.
Although this clarification was discussed with Staff and addressed during
discovery, the Company did not reflect it in the final compliance filing. Upon identifying
the oversight, the Company met with Staff to discuss the nature of the necessary
correction, which is administrative in nature. Accordingly, the Company respectfully
requests that the Commission approve this tariff advice to ensure the language accurately
reflects the study's intent and the Commission's order — specifically, that integration
charges apply to newly contracted incremental resources.
