Company provided notice to the Commission that FyberCom Holdco had acquired parent-level
and ultimate control of the Company. Application at 1. The Company stated that it would continue
to provide service to its customers and would retain its licenses and assets. Id. The only change
Staff identified in the Notice was the control of the Company at the parent level. FyberCom
Holdco and the Company stated that this transaction was in the public interest because it would
provide capital that would help maintain, improve and expand the network and services of the
Company. Id. Both entities believed that this transaction would not have any adverse effects and
would benefit competition in the State of Idaho. Id.
