Comment: "I am a Boise resident who is a veteran and I am disabled.) can barely pay my
Idaho Power bill as it is. I have had to seek help to pay my bills and maintain my home. A
rate increase from Idaho Power will only make it harder on people like me. In addition, the
rate increase is targeted primarily at residential customers, while a much smaller increase
would be passed on to businesses, who have greater ability to pay such an increase.
If any increase is approved, it should have a better balance between residential and
commercial customers."
