FOR AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE AND MOTION TO CONFIRM OR EXPAND TIMING
SELL SECURITIES OF SECURITIES ISSUANCE
Intermountain Gas Company files this motion requesting that the Commission confirm
that the issuance of securities authorized by Order No. 36627 can extend until December 31, 2025
or, alternatively and to the extent necessary, that the Commission extend the authorized time-
period for securities issuance to December 31, 2025.
Background
In May 2025, the Company filed an application for authority to issue and sell up to $50
million of"Unsecured Notes between the months of July and October 2025." Case No. INT-G-
25-03, Application at 1 (filed May 9, 2025).
In June 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36627, which approved the Application:
"IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's Application for authority to issue and sell
securities, up to $50 million, is granted." Order No. 36627 at 2 (filed June 3, 2025).
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company anticipates issuing and selling some of the
securities in November 2025 rather than October 2025.

The Order does not explicitly address the authorized timeframe in which securities may be
issued. The Company does not believe that the several-week variation between October 2025 and
November 2025 materially impacts any matter relevant to the Commission's approval.
However, in an abundance of caution, and recognizing that sale and issuance later than
October does deviate from the timeframe set forth in the Application, the Company has filed this
motion to provide certainty to all parties.
While the Company expects to complete issuance and sale in November 2025, to avoid
cumulative clarifications or extensions, the Company requests confirmation or authority to issue
and sell Unsecured Notes until December 31, 2025.
The relevant terms and conditions of the Unsecured Notes has not changed. The Company
will file all reports and other information as required by the Order. And the Company does not
believe this slight delay in sale and issuance has any material impact on matters relevant to the
Commission.
Request
The Company respectfully requests that the Commission issue an Order confirming that
the sale and issuance of Unsecured Notes, as proposed in the Application and authorized in Order
No. 36627, can occur until December 31, 2025. In the alternative, and to the extent necessary, the
Commission requests that the Commission issue an Order extending the time-period to sell and
issue Unsecured Notes until December 31, 2025.
