Comment: "I want to see all of the costs associated with the huge solar farm being
constructed east of Boise and the expected returns of that farm. I also want to see where
that solar power will be going to make sure it is staying in Idaho. Lastly, I want to see the
justification (business case)for the proposed increase in rates now that Idaho Power has
decided to purchase a new plane."
