This bill is highway robbery by the power company. It basically robs the solar producer of any benefits solar has previously provided by changing time of day on peak hours to hours when they would get little or no sunshine --Winter hours 6 am to 9 am and 6 pm to 11 pm. Summer hours 3 pm to 11 pm. Please do not approve this application. I am a legacy member. I was assured by customer service that the letter I received April 2025 of rate changes and time of day changes had nothing to do with me. They said I could disregard it. Evidently since June 1, 2025, they have been implementing these time of day changes to our bill negating any extra solar we produce between 8 am to 3 pm, usually at the higher rate, and paying us the off peak rate. Customer service now says these time of day hours are for everyone, legacy or not, and we have to abide by them.. I can't see that this application was ever approved, and if so by subtitle, it should not affect Legacy members. Also, it should not have been effective and implemented until after approval, not June 1, 2025. Could you please clarify this. Thank you for your time, Betty Woodward" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1
