On October 8, 2024, Priest Lake Water, LLC ("Company") applied for a Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity("CPCN"),to provide water service near Priest Lake in Bonner
County, Idaho ("Application"). The Company also requested authorization to increase its rates
from the current single flat monthly rate of $37 to a flat monthly rate of $98 for residential
customers and a flat monthly rate of$100 for commercial customers. The Company requested a
December 1, 2024, effective date for the rate increase.
On December 4, 2024, the Commission opened this case, transferring the Company's
request to increase rates to it for processing and evaluation.
On May 30, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36623, approving an annual revenue
requirement of $42,356 and a monthly non-metered rate of $45.15 for 3/4-inch customers and
$75.25 for I-inch customers. The Commission directed the Company to submit conforming tariffs
that reflect the rates and charges outlined in Order No. 36623 no later than 30 days after the order
date.
On June 30,2025,the Company filed a conforming tariff reflecting rates approved in Order
No. 36623. Staff and the Company worked together to revise the tariff.
On August 15,2025,the Company filed an updated tariff. Staff reviewed the updated tariff
and determined that it includes a section that was previously removed. The remainder of the
updated tariff complies with Order No. 36623. Staff submitted a proposed tariff sheet to replace
the last page of the Company's tariff to eliminate the previously removed section the Company
included in the updated tariff.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Application and the issues in this case under
Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The Commission is
empowered to investigate rates, charges, rules, regulations, practices, and contracts of all public

utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential, discriminatory, or in
violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code §§ 61-501 through
503.
After reviewing the record and all submitted filings, the Commission finds that the
Company's updated tariff that was submitted in the compliance filing on August 15, 2025, with
the final page replaced by the sheet attached to Staff s decision memo filed September 23, 2025,
complies with the Commission's Orders.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's updated tariff submitted through a
compliance filing on August 15, 2025, with the last page replaced by the sheet attached to Staff s
decision memo filed September 23, 2025, is approved with an effective date of June 1, 2025.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
