ITS RATES AND CHARGES FOR GAS MOTION TO APPROVE STIPULATION AND
SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO SETTLEMENT AND TO SET APPROPRIATE
DEADLINES
Under Rule of Procedure 276, IDAPA 31.01.01.276, Intermountain Gas Company moves
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to set appropriate deadlines and, after all required
procedures, to approve the Stipulation and Settlement.
The Stipulation and Settlement, which is joined by all parties, is filed along with this
Motion.
In Order No. 36783, the Commission vacated the then-existing deadlines for testimony,
public comment, and the customer hearing in an anticipation of the settlement.
Because a settlement agreement had not been filed, the Commission vacated most existing
deadlines but did not set new ones.
Now that the Stipulation and Settlement has been filed, the Company requests that the
Commission set appropriate deadlines, including for testimony in support of the settlement, a
MOTION TO APPROVE STIPULATION AND SETTLEMENT PAGE 1 OF 3

customer hearing, and public comment. The Company requests that the current technical hearing,
scheduled for November 18, 2025, be used to consider the Stipulation and Settlement.
For these reasons, and those set forth in the Stipulation and Settlement, the Company
respectfully requests that the Commission: set a deadline to process the Stipulation and
Settlement, including deadlines for testimony to support the settlement, a customer hearing,
public comment, and any other deadline; to use the technical hearing currently scheduled to
consider the Stipulation and Settlement; to approve the Stipulation and Settlement; and any other
relief that is just under the circumstances.
