On September 30, 2025, The Commission issued Order No. 36785, authorizing Idaho
Power Company ("Company") to implement the updated Export Credit Rate ("ECR") for non-
legacy on-site generation customers, as modified by the Order, and directing the Company to
submit a compliance filing with an updated Schedule 6, Residential Service On-Site Generation
("Schedule 6"), Schedule 8, Small Generation Service On-Site Generation ("Schedule 8"), and
Schedule 84, Irrigation On-Site Generation Service ("Schedule 84").
On October 1, 2025, the Company submitted a compliance filing reflecting the rates
approved in Order No. 36785 ("Compliance Filing").
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code
§§ 61-501 through 503.
Having reviewed the record and the Company's Compliance Filing, the Commission finds
that the Company has complied with the requirement of Order No. 36785 to submit tariff sheets
reflecting the updated ECR as modified by Order No. 36785.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the updated tariffs submitted on October 1, 2025, are
approved, effective October 1, 2025.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
ORDER NO. 36808 1

matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
