For the July l, 2003 through June 30,2013 ten-year contract, the purchase price paid to Clearwater
for their generation wx $42.92n{Wh. As shown on Staf{_PR_0lC-Confidential Attachment A,
the actual retail sales price ($/l\zlWh) for the retail load equivalent to Clearwater's generation was
$47.3s/IvIWh.
