Comment: "This rate increase is an undue hardship on customers who are already facing
enormous price increases in every facet of their life. This feels especially predatory
considering Idaho Power just tried to slash reimbursement rates for solar, effectively
disincentivizing customers from purchasing solar since there appears to be a strong
likelihood that any monetary benefit will be pulled out from under them with little to no
notice or protection. I would also like to highlight that this reads as Idaho Power passing on
the costs of the Meta data center being constructed in Kuna onto customers instead of
requiring Meta to pay their fair share for the massive amount of energytheywill consume."

commercial users who are stealing all the power pay all the extra rates. "
