Inspector Galli, Brooks and Green conducted a transmission records audit of Enbridge for years 2023 and
2024. Enbridge procedures and records were reviewed and compared to the PHMSA Inspector Assistant
(IA) question set. A complete list of attendees can be found in the IA inspection. Completed IPUC Form
1 and the Post-Inspection Written Preliminary Findings were sent to Steve Bursett, Supervisor of Gas
Compliance.
