qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth, verified proper rollback on completed
3/4"butt fusions, tracer wire installation, bedding, successful pressure test, squeeze off and backfill.
Quizzed employees of AOC recognition of squeeze off and bedding. Observed employees complete a
second pressure test due to 2 psi drop. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual.
