IPUC inspector Perkins conducted a records audit on Douglas Pipeline Company virtually for the
Langley-Gulch and Bennett Mountain transmission line segments with Andi Shacklett, Director of
Regulatory Compliance. The PHMSA IA question set for the records portion was used as a guide
throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed as they pertain to required records.
A complete list of attendees can be found in the IA inspection. No discrepancies were found.

Audit consisted of inspecting field installed operating equipment for Douglas Pipeline Companies
Langley-Gulch LG (New Plymouth) and Bennett Mountain BMT (Mountain Home) districts.
Audit included: 18 CP test station readings, verification of valve functionality(Langley Gulch-V1001,
V 1002, V 1003, V 1004) (Bennett Mountain- V 1001, 1002) and ROW line marker inspections.
Wrote inspection report, completed audit forms: PHMSA IA question set with OQ protocol 9,
IPUC Form 1, Post-Inspection Preliminary Written Findings and attached inspection documents.
