Site Observations:
• Trenching operations were completed, followed by proper bedding and shading procedures.
• Installation of tracer wire and PE pipe was observed and verified.
• Pressure testing was conducted on the newly installed line.
• Transition from a V main to a %"house line was completed using a Lyco fitting.
• The riser and meter had been previously set, and the supply line was already installed.
• Scope of work involved exposing the existing V stub and connecting the supply line.
• Contractor was questioned regarding appropriate squeeze and release times for PE pipe to ensure
compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
