Project Location: 250 Blue Star Rd, Pinehurst, ID
Observations:
• Verified bedding and shading conditions for compliance.
• Inspected installation of tracer wire and polyethylene(PE)piping; confirmed proper tie-in of 3/" PE
service line to 2"main.
• Witnessed successful pressure testing and gas quality verification.
• Observed temporary riser installation.
• Conducted technical review with contractor regarding PE pipe squeeze-off and release timing, as
well as required separation distances between gas lines and adjacent utilities.
Project Location: 46634 Silver Valley Rd, Smelterville, ID (2.0)
Observations:
• Installed approximately 500 feet of 2-inch PE main extension.
• Dewatered trench to maintain safe and dry working conditions.
• Performed trench excavation,pipe bedding, and backfill operations in accordance with standard
specifications.
• Identified and removed imperfections in piping; utilized Lyco couplers to ensure secure and
reliable connections.
