AND CAPITOL WATER CORPORATION'S JOINT APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF VEOLIA WATER IDAHO, INC.'S CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY; CASE NOS. VEO-W-25-03 / CAP-W- 25- 01. On July 30, 2025, Veolia Water Idaho, Inc. ("Veolia") and Capitol Water Corporation ("Capitol") applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting approval of the transfer of a portion of property within Capitol's service territory to Veolia's service territory. STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION On October 2, 2025, Capitol submitted a compliance filing with a revised CPCN No. 239 that includes transferring the requested area to Veolia's service territory. Staff reviewed the revised CPCN and confirmed that the revised CPCN complied with Commission Order No. 36764, in which the Commission ordered the requested transfer to be approved and Capitol to submit a compliance filing amending CPCN No. 239 to exclude the transferred territory. Staff recommends the Commission approve the revised CPCN No. 239, as filed. COMMISSION DECISION Does the Commission wish to approve the revised CPCN No. 239, as filed?
