Comment: "The recently proposed utility increase for Idaho Power is excessive and will
harm the housing market and quality of life. While it's true prices cant remain static,
excessively high and quick raises in utilities will harm our community. With the recent
reductions in solar reimbursement and now drastic increases in fees and service, it's clear
the shareholders at IDACORP Inc are getting priority. I would urge Idaho Public Utilities
Commission to deny such quick and drastic increases as 2025 already yielded 3.73%
increase ($50M)was approved for 2025. Please don't allow the "price out" of Idaho.

Comment: "Just here to state that cost of living is getting out of control. Please denythese
outrageous rate increases. They are not in line with wage increases in Idaho. Power is big
business, big money, and it's taking advantage of residents by charging them more when
they have a monopoly. This is a necessary service, it needs to remain affordable for
everyone:'

Comment: "
Dear Idaho Power Team,
I'm writing as a concerned Idaho resident and customer to ask that you please reconsider
moving forward with the proposed 17% rate increase. Many Idahoans are already stretched
thin by inflation and the rising costs of everyday essentials, and such a large increase all at
once would create an even heavier financial burden for families.
If an adjustment is truly necessary, I would respectfully suggest implementing smaller,
gradual increases on an annual basis instead. This would make it more manageable for
customers to budget and adapt, while still allowing Idaho Power to meet its operational
needs overtime.
Thank you for taking the time to consider the impact this increase will have on Idaho
households:'

Comment: "Just an idea. Instead of a permanent rate increase, how about charging a one
time fee to every entity that uses Idaho Power as its utility company. If my math is correct, if
you have one million homes and businesses that would be $200 each for you to
accomplish your goal of$199 million. I would rather have the one time fee because once a
rate increase happens, it never goes away and I will end up paying way more in the long run.
Thank you for considering this option. "

Comment: "The monthly service fee was already increased. How about seeing what that
brings in before increasing the rate also. CEO is paid too much. I'm beginning to think
Solar might be a better option:'

Comment: "I am writing about the 17.35% cost increase. This is outrageous and especially
affects low income and the elderly. I'm living on social security and I'm struggling as it is.
Please..I'm asking you to please not do this. "
