On March 7, 2025, Idaho Power Company ("Company") filed an application
("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting an order:
(1) granting a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN") for the Company's
ownership interest in the Southwest Intertie Project-North, 500-kilovolt("kV")transmission line
("Project"), including the rights to 250 megawatts ("MW") of the northbound capacity, and (2)
approving the Company's utilization of an additional 250 MW of GBT Northbound,LLC's("GBT
Northbound")rights to the northbound capacity,both via the SWIP-North agreements.Application
at 1-2.
On April 15, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline. Order No. 36541. The Commission granted intervention to Micron
Technology, Inc. ("Micron") and the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc. ("IIPA"). Order
Nos. 36599 and 36537. On June 5, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure.
Order No. 36630.
NOTICE OF VIRTUAL PUBLIC WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Commission Staff ("Staff') will hold a virtual,
online, public, informational workshop on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m.
(MT)and ending at 9:00 p.m.,or after all customer questions have been answered,whichever
comes first. The purpose of the workshop is to provide the public with an overview of the
Application. At the start of the workshop, Staff will give a presentation on the Application.
Following the presentation, the public may ask Staff questions about the Application.

NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a customer hearing
in this matter on Thursday, October 23, 2025, starting at 4:00 p.m. (MT) and ending at 7:00
p.m., or until all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes first, at American
Legion 447 Seastrom St. Twin Falls, ID 83301. The purpose of the customer hearing is to take
testimony from members of the public and customers of the Company. Those planning on
testifying are encouraged to arrive at the hearing location by 3:45 P.M. (MT) as the hearing will
conclude when it appears all customer testimony has been received. For those who wish to call in
and listen only, please call 1-415-655-0001 and enter meeting number 2634 997 4454 when
prompted(customers will not be allowed to testify telephonically).
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings in this matter will be held in facilities
meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"). Persons
needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate in or to
understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign
language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The request for assistance must be received
at least five working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission Secretary at:

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the record in this matter is available for public
inspection during regular business hours at the Commission's office. These documents are also
available on the Commission's website at www.puc.idaho.gov. Click on the "ELECTRIC" icon,
select"Open Cases," and click on the case number as shown on the front of this document.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be conducted
pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.000, et seq.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff shall hold a virtual, online, public, informational
workshop on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. (MT) and ending at 9:00 p.m., or
after all customer questions have been answered, whichever comes first.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commission will conduct a customer hearing in this
matter on Thursday, October 23, 2025, starting at 4:00 p.m. (MT) and ending at 7:00 p.m., or until
all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes first.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary.See Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
