VEO-W-25-03 IDAHO,INC.AND CAPITOL WATER ) CAP-W-25-01 CORPORATION'S JOINT APPLICATION ) FOR AMENDMENT OF VEOLIA WATER ) ORDER NO. 36795 IDAHO,INC.'S CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC ) CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY ) On September 23, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36764 approving the joint application of Veolia Water Idaho, Inc. ("Veolia") and Capitol Water Corporation ("Capitol") (collectively "Companies") to transfer a portion of property within Capitol's certificated service territory to Veolia. Additionally, Order No. 36764 required the Companies to submit an amended Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity("CPCN")removing the property from Capitol's service territory and adding the property to Veolia's service territory. On September 24, 2025, Veolia filed a compliance filing ("Compliance Filing") with a revised CPCN No. 143 in accordance with Order No. 36764. COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION The Commission has jurisdiction over the Companies and the issues presented in this case pursuant to Idaho Code, Title 61, specifically Idaho Code §§ 61-104, 61-125, 61-129, and 61-526. Having reviewed the record, and Veolia's Compliance Filing, the Commission finds that Veolia has complied with Order No. 36764 to amend CPCN No. 143 to add the approved property to Veolia's service territory. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the revised CPCN No. 143 contained in the Compliance Filing submitted on September 24, 2025, is approved, as filed. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
