Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company"), in accordance with Rule
203 of the Rules of Procedure of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission")
and the Notice of Modified Procedure, Order No. 36714, issued August 11, 2025, in the
interest of procedural clarity and efficiency, hereby provides notice and clarification that
the Company does not intend to file substantive reply comments on the October 7, 2025,
deadline set forth in the Commission's scheduling order but will instead utilize its final
reply comments' due on October 14, 2025, to respond to and address the written initial
Pursuant to Order No. 36714, the Company's final reply comments are due October 14, 2025. "Persons
interested in submitting written comments must do must do [sic] so by September 16, 2025. Additionally,
parties, including Staff and the Intervenors, interested in filing comments in reply to previously filed
