On October 1, 2025, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission issued Order No. 36782 in
Case Nos. AVU-E-25-06; AVU-G-25-04. The following change should be made to Order No.
36782:
On page eight, under the heading "ORDER," authorizing Avista Corporation to defer
certain cloud-based ERP costs:
READS:
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Company may defer cloud-based ERP costs as a
regulatory asset. Amortization of the asset should begin immediately after the project is placed in
service, over the approved life of the asset without a carrying charge.
SHOULD READ:
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Company may defer cloud-based ERP costs as a

general rate case.
