SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S APPLICATION
FOR APPROVAL TO PARTIALLY DECOMMISSION AND SELL
CERTAIN FALL CREEK HYDROELECTRIC DEVELOPMENT ASSETS;
CASE NO. PAC-E-25-16.
On September 4, 2025, Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp ("Company")
applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order approving
the sale of certain Fall Creek facilities to the City of Yreka and a determining that the property
disposition is in the public interest.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff') recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application,
Notice of Modified Procedure, and Notice of Telephonic Hearing, establishing a December 2,
2025, public comment deadline, a December 16, 2025, reply comment deadline, and a telephonic
hearing scheduled at a date and time determined by the Commission.
