On May 8,2025,the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")issued Order No.
36595, granting Meadow Water, LLC ("Company") a Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity ("CPCN") and ordering the Company to submit a tariff and other administrative
documents.
On July 15, 2025, in compliance with Order No. 36595, the Company submitted: (1) a
tariff; (2) a billing statement; (3) an initial disconnection notice; (4) a final disconnection notice;
(5) a notice of procedure for reconnection; and (6) a summary of rules.
Commission Staff("Staff') reviewed the documents and other information the Company
submitted, including its tariff, and Staff confirmed the documents conform to Order No. 36595.
During the Commission's September 23, 2025, decision meeting, Staff presented a Decision
Memorandum recommending that the Commission approve the tariff the Company submitted,
effective May 8, 2025.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
Having reviewed the Company's submissions, Staff's recommendation, and the record,the
Commission finds that the Company has submitted the documents and other information required
by Order No. 36595. We hereby approve the Company's Tariff as filed, effective as of May 8,
2025.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Tariff and other documents the Company submitted
to comply with Order No. 36595 are approved with an effective date of May 8, 2025.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
