WIRED OR WIRELESS, INC.'S MOTION REGARDING THE
PROCEDURALSCHEDULE
INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
On July 17, 2025, Wired or Wireless, Inc. ("WOW") filed a formal complaint against
Avista Cor. ("Avista") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission"). The
Commission served the complaint on Avista on August 8,2025. Avista filed its answer on August
28, 2025. The Parties have informally discussed a procedural schedule. Via email, WOW
proposed a schedule for filing and responding to motions for summary judgment. Avista declined

to agree to such schedule, preferring to wait for the Commission to establish a schedule.
Accordingly, WOW is hereby proposing a procedural schedule.
PROPOSED SCHEDULE
1. Motions for summary judgment by WOW, Avista, Commission Staff and, if applicable,
any intervenor, shall be filed with the Commission no later than Monday, November 3,
2025.
2. Responses to any such motions shall be filed with the Commission no later than Monday,
December 1, 2025.
3. Replies to any such responses shall be filed with the Commission no later than Monday,
December 15, 2025.
4. The scheduling of oral arguments,if any,shall be determined by the Commission later after
receiving input from the Parties.
