Comment: "It is about time that utility companies learn to live within their budget. Every
year they ask for a great increase.Wouldn't it be nice if those of us on a fixed income could
just ask for more money each year and have it granted. Idaho power should be forced to
Look at ways.They can cut costs internally before getting rate increases. They live a
grandiose lifestyle. Huge salaries for executives, management and staff. They should be
forced to cut waste before they ever get an increase. I am on Social Security and last year
got a 2.3% raise. Idaho power should never get anything that does not directly correlate to
cost-of-living. It's about time that Public Utilities Commission starts protecting the public:'
