SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S 2025 INTEGRATED
RESOURCE PLAN; CASE NO. IPC-E-25-23.
On June 27, 2025, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting that the Commission issue an order
acknowledging the Company's 2025 Integrated Resource Plan ("Application").
On August 11, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline. Order No. 36706. The Commission granted intervention to Micron
Technology, Inc., Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Northwest Energy Coalition and
Renewable Northwest, and Renewable Energy Coalition. Order Nos. 36717, 36740, 36751, and
36758. On September 15, 2025, a Notice of Parties was issued.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff ("Staff'), the Intervenors, and the Company have communicated via
email regarding a proposed procedural schedule for processing this case. Staff recommends the
Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure establishing a November 13, 2025, initial
comment deadline, and a December 9, 2025, Company reply comment deadline.
