On September 8,2025,Intermountain Gas Company("Company"),filed Tariff Advice No.
INT-TAG-25-02 to revise Rate Schedule FT (Franchise Fee/Tax Adjustment), Sheet No. 15, to
reflect a new ordinance number for the City of Ketchum. The existing three percent franchise fee
remains unchanged. The new agreement will remain in effect for ten(10)years from the effective
date,unless amended in the manner set forth in Ordinance No. 1263.
The proposed franchise fee agreement was approved by the City of Ketchum on August 4,
2025, as authorized in City of Ketchum Ordinance No. 1263. The agreement was accepted by the
Company on September 3, 2025.
At the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's ("Commission") Decision Meeting on
September 16, 2025, Commission Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the
Commission accept the Company's proposed revision to Rate Schedule FT (Franchise Fee/Tax
Adjustment), Sheet No. 15, as filed, effective October 22, 2025.
The Commission's Rule of Procedure 134.02 directs that no tariff advice will be effective
unless the public and the Commission have been notified pursuant to applicable sections of Title
61 of the Idaho Code. IDAPA 31.01.01.134.02. Additionally, no tariff advice takes effect on less
than 30 days' notice, "unless the Commission finds good cause to approve the earlier effective
date."Id.
Having reviewed the record and finding the notice of the Company's proposed tariff advice
meets the requirements of Rule 134.02,the Company's revised tariff is approved,as filed,effective
as of October 22, 2025.
