On January 30,2025,Falls Water Company,Inc. ("Company") applied to increase its rates
and charges for water service in Idaho ("Application") by $899,493 or 25.02%. The Company
requested a March 1, 2025, effective date for new rates.
On August 29, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36745, approving an annual
revenue requirement of$4,223,928. The Commission directed the Company to submit conforming
tariffs that reflect the rates and charges outlined in Order No. 36745 no later than 30 days after the
order date.
On September 9, 2025, the Company filed a conforming tariff reflecting rates approved in
Order No. 36745. Staff reviewed the Company's tariff and confirmed the filing complies with
Order No. 36745.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Application and the issues in this case under
Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The Commission is
empowered to investigate rates, charges, rules, regulations, practices, and contracts of all public
utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential, discriminatory, or in
violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code §§ 61-501 through
503.
Having reviewed the record and all submitted filings, the Commission finds that the
Company's updated tariff submitted through a compliance filing on September 9, 2025, conforms
with the provisions of the Commission's orders.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's updated tariff submitted through a
compliance filing on September 9, 2025, is approved.

THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code §§ 61-626.
