Comment: "I am a homeowner in Dry Creek Ranch since 2019. I have watched this
community grow. I have also watched the developer create a monopoly in utilities. I have
experienced increase in water since day one, along with sewer fee's which are just shy of
$100 a month. Our water and sewer is the highest in the valley, and after seeing this letter
of increase due to inflation.We were told as homeowners our water and sewer fees would
go done as the community grew. That is not the case. Cheers to the developer to create
unaffordable housing with signs in the $800,000 to$3,000,000, congrats you created Boise,
CALIFORNIA!"
