SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF PRIEST LAKE WATER,LLC'S APPLICATION TO
INCREASE ITS RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE IN THE
STATE OF IDAHO; CASE NO. PLW-W-24-02.
On October 8, 2024, Priest Lake Water, LLC ("Company") requested authorization to
increase its rates from the current single flat monthly rate of$37 to a flat monthly rate of$98 for
residential customers and a flat monthly rate of$100 for commercial customers. The Company
requested a December 1, 2024, effective date for the rate increase.
On August 29, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36623, approving an annual
revenue requirement of$42,356 and a monthly non-metered rate of$45.15 for 3/4-inch customers
and $75.25 for 1-inch customers. The Commission directed the Company to submit conforming
tariffs that reflect the rates and charges outlined in Order No. 36623 no later than 30 days of the
order date.
On June 30,2025,the Company filed a conforming tariff reflecting rates approved in Order
No. 36623. Staff and the Company have worked together to modify the Tariff. On August 15,
2025,the Company filed an updated version. However, the updated version includes a section that
was previously removed. Staff has attached the page that needs to replace the last sheet of the
Company's Tariff. The rest of the filing complies with Order No. 36623.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve the Company's tariff submitted on August 15,
2025, and replace Sheet 14, that is attached, with an effective date of June 1, 2025.

14. Diversion of Water
14.1 Customers shall not divert water from Lamb Creek, nor any other
source, in order to service or irrigate their Premises, unless the
Customer has a license from the Idaho Department of Water
Resources to do so.
14.2 Penalties, in accordance with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,
the Idaho Department of Water Resources, and any other
applicable law, shall be imposed for unpermitted diversion of water
from Lamb Creek, or any other source.
