subsidiary, Dry Creek Water Co. They have repeatedly shown themselves to be more
focused on profit that people and this is consistent with their interactions with Ada County,
the owners of homes in Dry Creek Ranch and their families. Please ensure their fiscal need
is legitimate and made public before agreeing to their increased fee request. "
