Comment: "How does a person or group of people feel it is ethical or moral to take
someone's solar generated power and give them back practically nothing in return. If I
produce 1 kwh and get 2 cents for it then you charge me 12 cents for what I myself use, you
make 10 cents profit off of my solar investment. This seems unreal to me that this was
even proposed. This is the essence of human greed and basic theft at it's core. "
