This firm represents Dry Creek Water Company ("Dry Creek") with reference to the
above-captioned matter. Please find attached for electronic filing Dry Creek's Application and
the supporting exhibits.
We will separately be sending you Dry Creek's workpapers, including a confidential
appendix and corresponding Attorney Authentication.
For the Commission's reference, this is Dry Creek's first general rate case as a regulated
utility. The Commission will find the Application reflects a thoughtful and measured approach
that moves the Company closer toward recovering its cost to serve while mitigating customer
impact.
Dry Creek's related customer communication, including its press release and customer
notice, are included as exhibits to the Application.
