SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF FALLS WATER CO.,INC.'S APPLICATION FOR
AN ORDER AUTHORIZING INCREASES IN THE COMPANY'S RATES
AND CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO;
CASE NO. FLS-W-24-02.
On January 30, 2025, Falls Water Co., Inc., ("Company") filed an application
("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order
approving revisions to the Company's schedules of rates and charges for water service in the State
of Idaho, to become effective on or after March 1, 2025.
On August 29, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36745, approving an annual
revenue requirement of$4,223,928. The Commission directed the Company to submit conforming
tariffs that reflect the rates and charges outlined in Order No. 36745 no later than 30 days after the
order date.
On September 9, 2025, the Company filed a conforming tariff reflecting rates approved in
Order No. 36745. Staff reviewed the Company's tariff and confirmed the filing complies with
Order No. 36745.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve the Company's tariff submitted on September
9, 2025, with an effective date of September 1, 2025.
