Conditions of Contract: The Customer shall pay the total of the Monthly Per Meter
Charge and the ` elume Usage Charge. The Volume Usage Charge is determined by
the meter installed by the Company. The Per Meter Charge is not prorated when the
Customer has been a Customer for a partial billing period. The Usage
Charge applies to each full 1,000-gallon unit used. There is no charge for partial units.
Example:
Residential Customer A uses 22,320 gallons in one month.
Full units used = 22,320 gallons/1,000 gallons per unit= 22 units
Gemmed Usage Charge = $2.00 2.12 x 22 units _= $44.00 46.64
Monthly Charge _$4L5050.35
Customer A's total bill effective 1/1/2026 = $91.50 96.99
Note: The Dry Creek Ranch HOA owns numerous metered connections servicing the
common areas and facilities. The rate schedule for the HOA is $47.50$15.00 per meter
monthly, plus the GGMmedity volume charge of $2.00/ ear 1,000 gallons used across all
metered connections.

Purpose: The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ) assesses a fee to fund
its drinking water program.
Applicability: All Customers
Rate: $0.34 monthly per Customer

holidays recognized by the Idaho State Government Offices.

1.1 The Customer, in receiving water service, and the Company, in
providing water service, shall both agree to abide by these rules and
regulations.

1.2 The Idaho Public Utilities Commission Relations Rules (UCRR) are
specifically incorporated by this reference. In the event that there is a
conflict between the UCRR and this Tariff, the UCRR shall take
precedence unless an exception has been granted in writing.
