The request reflects the need to align revenues with unprecedented inflation and rising costs of service, while continuing to prioritize affordability for customers. The Company is requesting approval of$1,637,275 in annual revenues as part of its first- ever rate application. To lessen the impact on customers, the Company proposes a gradual adjustment over three years, similar to a cost-of-living increase. Initially, the average residential bill would rise by 6% annually, with similar subsequent increases in 2027 and 2028. The table below illustrates the impact on the average monthly residential bill, currently$87.79, over the three-year implementation period: Year Monthly Usage Fee (per 1000 Average Monthly Fixed Fee gallon unit) Bill Current(2025) $47.50 $2.00 $87.79 Initial(2026) $50.35 $2.12 $93.06 2027 $53.35 $2.25 $98.68 2028 $56.50 $2.39 $104.65 The Company's rate application is available for review at the Company's office located at 923 S.
