August 25, 2025: (2.0 Standard) (Galli 1.0) (Brooks 1.0)
IPUC Inspectors Galli and Brooks of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with NWGP compliance
and operations personnel in New Plymouth, ID to review records for the previous years of 2023 & 2024.
NWGP procedures and records were reviewed and compared to the PHMSA Inspector Assistant(IA)
question set. A complete list of attendees can be found in the IA inspection. Completed IPUC Form 1 and
the Post-Inspection Written Preliminary Findings were sent to Randy Shelton of Shelton Regulatory
Compliance.
Discrepancies:
No annual review in the Operations and Maintenance Manual for 2024 was found. There were no changes
made in 2024. Discussed as a concern with compliance personnel.
