Observations included (Adjacent to 3505 S Linder Road, Meridian, ID): Safety equipment, verified proper
operator qualifications, boring, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth, verified proper
rollback on completed 4"butt fusions and tracer wire installation. Observed the crew properly identify an
AOC and cut out a fuse due to shavings in the rollback. All observed procedures were followed in
accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
