Observations Included: 1528 Quigley Farm Rd, Line locating, correct trench depth, safety equipment,
verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, stab fittings, fusing, met fit tee, tracer wire,
bedding/backfilling, and setting riser. All observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual. Asked AOC questions as it pertains to squeeze/release times and
rough handling.
Observations Included: 1104 CD Olena Drive, Line locating, correct trench depth, safety equipment,
verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, stab fittings, fusing, tracer wire,
bedding/backfilling and setting riser. All observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual. Asked AOC questions as it pertains to squeeze/release times and
rough handling and stab fittings.
Observations Included: 404 Bluebird Ct, Line locating, crew was unable to locate the service stub after
digging for 4 hours.
I traveled from Twin Falls to Boise and completed all forms. (I I July)
