I traveled from Boise to Ketchum for construction.
Observations Included: 7-8 July 105 Sunrise Circle, Ketchum, ID, Line locating, correct trench depth,
Safety equipment, verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, stab fittings, tracer wire,
bedding/backfilling, and setting riser. All observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual. Questioned squeeze/release times and pipe temperature limitations.
Observations Included: 8 July, 260 San Badger Dr, Hailey, ID, Line locating, correct trench depth, safety
equipment, verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, stab fittings, fusing, tracer wire,
bedding/backfilling, and setting riser. All observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual. Questioned squeeze/release times and pipe temperature limitations.
